  • Develop Digital and Social Media Plan to promote Music / Artist for new song release by utilizing paid / owned / earned media channels.
  • Implement and optimize plan as set
  • Drive asset utilization and promote in all online channels.
  • Create strategies to promote Music / Artist to create the impact in the market.
  • Supervise and coach team to operate all plans effectively with efficiency.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network



  • Bachelor or Master in Marketing or related filed, oversea educated is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Communication
  • Strong knowledge in Marketing Communication strategy
  • Experience from Entertainment industry or digital agencies is highly desirable
  • Good command in English
