  • Manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the product quality is match with our internal customer requirements and up to the company standard
  • Overseeing all QA activities that related to the food product quality
  • Implementing the QA process to control the supplier quality
  • Developing a strategy as well as execution plan for continuous improvement for the Quality function and food safety
  • Handling the sustainability issues with all the company supplier. Ensure that they are comply with the government regulations
  • Responsible for the quality control of the end to end production process starting from incoming raw material to finished products
  • Ensure that all the employee understand the policy and follow the company standard including HACCP, GMP etc.
  • Work well with others stakeholder including operation, manufacturing and purchasing team.
  • Ensuring the high level of internal customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that the store quality is up to the company standard in terms of the cleanliness and the food quality and safety standard
  • Regularly be in touch with the regulatory and related parties



  • Bachelor or Master in Food Technology/Food Science or related filed, oversea educated is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control from QSR , Food manufacturing or hotel F&B
  • Strong knowledge in QA practices and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality system
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Expatriate is welcome
  • Fluent Thai and English
