 Job Description

 

  • Reporting to the managing director (expatriate), you will supervise a small HR team
  • To manage the full spectrum of HR activities.
  • To work closely with management team, to be part of the business decision making, business plan and strategy.
  • To develop effective HR programs and processes which tackle the challenges
  • To drives the local key HR processes in the business: strategic planning, staffing, organization capability development, reward and recognition, engagement and employee development.
  • To comply with the local country’s HR procedures & labour Law requirements.
  • Ad hoc project.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in business administration, particularly in HR is a strong advantage. MBA is a nice to have
  • At least 5 years of Human Resources managing full spectrum of HR function, that includes but not limited to C&B, HR administration, talent management, recruitment, etc.
  • Managerial experience is a must
  • Fluency In English
