Brief:

Drive PI’s volume, revenue and share growth agenda in the PC category by scaling up the Company product’s brand including extensions into new platforms

Maintain dominant share leadership and profit and revenue growth for the business

Evaluate extension into new platforms like others snacks

Explode the Fabricated PC platform

The role encompasses a strategic and implementation role – it will include steering a brand architecture roadmap for the Company product’s masterbrand, as well as scoping out the new product opportunities, concept development and testing, product development and testing, on-going brand and new project management, managing marketing activation resources, development of optimized business model articulated through scientific launch tracking. It will also involve the execution of campaigns and innovations, including managing internal cross-functional teams, external creative agencies (concepts, names, graphics), and PI divisions, and marketing and analytical activities to develop innovations. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to have a close pulse on consumer trends, competitive activity, category developments and sales information.

Accountabilities – list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.

 

?         Responsible for market share and volume deliverables on Company product’s, with an A&M budget responsibility

?         Continue to strengthen and consolidate the brand proposition on Company product’s based on rigorous insights and consumer and product research work

?         Develop a winning communication mix for Company product’s based on the Sharing proposition

?         Identify FLT opportunity and directions through an efficient strategic plan

?         Develop impactful AOP plan and be adaptable to market change

?         Lead NPD process and validation to ensure impact, discipline and consistency in product and package development work

?         Ensure best-in-class development and execution of marketing programs in accordance with MU strategies, economics and operating principles.

?         Deliver insight-led brand and product innovation – contribute in generating insights, concept development and validation, alignment with management team with GM approval.

?         Lead productivity within PC category through liaison cross functionally including Sales, Operations, R&D and Regulatory.

Key responsibilities

Scale-up the Company product’s mix

?         Liaise with PI Insights and specialist research agencies to unearth relevant insights to continuously sharpen the proposition

?         Anchor communication development on Company product’s and a powerful 3D program that encompasses multi media

?         Work through a powerful scale up plan for distribution in conjunction with the Sales team

Deliver and implement marketing programs to realize the volume and share ambitions

?         Work through a robust marketing and NPD calendar working with cross functional teams

?         Develop new relevant and clutter breaking communication

Media management and principles

?         Manage and deploy the media budget for the brand with due consideration to efficiency of media spends

?         Ensuring the right channel mix and campaign plans to optimize target consumer reach

?         Creating media properties to amplify brand message and break clutter, including the digital medium

Company product’s masterbrand architecture

?         Outline the brand development roadmap to leverage Company product’s dominant equity

?         Evaluate NPD roadmap over IGP to realize the vision outline 

Key Skills/Experience Required


?         BA in related field (MA preferred)

?         10 years experience in Marketing, both NPD and Brand Activations, at least 7 years in Brand Management

?         Strong leadership, analytical and able to lead team and drive actions

?         Innovative thinking and able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution

?         Good relationship building and teamwork

?         Strong project management skills

?         Strategic thinking and conceptual skills

?         Deep understanding of consumer insights and leverage of the same

?         Strong in dealing with media and advertising agencies management
