Responsibilities and Roles : 

  • Reporting directly to VP with 2 direct subordinates
  • Develop card promotion strategy and plan to primarily focus on out-of-store spend
  • Deliver and executive marketing activities in relating to out-of-store usage programs
  • Manage marketing spends within the budgets
  • Develop and monitor out-of-store spending MIS reports
  • Manage sub-team to ensure smooth program execution
  • Act as customer guardian
  • Area of Specific Accountability :- Out-of Store Card Usage
  • Out-of-store promotion with key strategic partners (Esso, Visa)
  • Recurring Payment
  • Out-of-store promotion including merchant outlets
  • Sign up merchants to give discounts and exclusive cardholder privileges to cardholders (i.e., newsletter)
  • Executive of lifestyle catalogues in different categories (i.e., Dining, Hospitals & Health)
  • Tie-in with Key event activities
  • Lifestyle workshops
  • Merchandising cataloegues

Skills and Requirements : 


  • Postgraduated in Marketing field or related
  • At least 4 years in Consumer Finance (Credit Card, Personal Loan), Partnership Management, Campaign Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hands-on team leadership.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work under tight time constraints
  • Positive working attitud
