Country manager required for once of our clients a French company who is a leader in MLM business , their product are in Fashion biz, clothes, bag, body care, make up etc
Roles and Responsibilities:
- As the Country Manager your main focus will be growing the business.
- Will be accountable for effective planning, delegation, coordinating, staffing, organizing, training & development and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for the organization.
- In addition to that, you are expected to create, maintain and deliver a clear vision and business strategy that aligned with corporate goals and values.
- You are highly energetic and ambitious as this opportunity will encompass growing the business in the Country.
- No question in your abilities in drawing strings together and steering the business from a deal breaker and client development perspective.
Requirements and Skills:
- The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity in managing Direct Sell business or experienced from FMCG industry
- 5+ years of senior management exposure in leading, managing and developing a team or sales staffs,

- Proven capabilities of running a business, understand cash flow, strategies development and a strong ability to communicate well in English.
