Our client is a leading FMCG company, currently they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. To be based out of Bangkok,Thailand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to Marketing Director

  • Identify marketing opportunity & directions through an efficient strat plan

  • Develop detailed Annual Operating Plan plan & be adaptable to market change

  • Ensure maximum effectiveness of Annual Operating Plan execution

  • Delegate to & empower project owners

  • Oversea total portfolio execution

  • Ensure consistent quality of execution

  • Coach & support team to build capability

  • Drive product quality

  • P&L management

  • Leading team working within team and cross-functions
    Coaching team and direct reports.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in related field, educated overseas

  • 8+ year experience in Marketing, Brand Activations from leading FMCG is a MUST, experienced in food and beverages industry is highly preferable.

  • Excellent leadership skills, able to lead team and drive actions

  • Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution

  • Confident, energetic, dynamic personality

  • Good relationship building and teamwork

  • Good planning and managing performance of self

  • Initiative and flexible

  • Work well under pressure

  • Good command in both Thai & English

  • Computer literature in Microsoft Office
