Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the company to reach targeted audiences and increase the customer numbers
  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the company eCommerce platform
  • Design the process of Social CRM along with creating loyalty program in order to retain the customers as well as increasing the number of customer base
  • Initiate the digital campaigns for the company as well as develop a digital plan that line with brand strategy
  • Working closely with paid media and digital affiliate partners on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) as well as through programmatic platform
  • Develop a social market strategy, manage the content and plan the social media campaigns
  • Manage and liaise with Media agencies and vendors
  • Prepare monthly report on all activities across every digital channels, analyze the result and prepare the improvement plan 

 Requirements : 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related filed, oversea educated is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years management experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, analytics, e-commerce and/or website development
  • FMCG/Retail background will definitely be an advantage
  • Good understanding of Performance Marketing/SEO/SEM and others digital marketing channel.
  • Initiative, independent with a great communication skills
  • Fluent English
