- Involving in strategic planning and creating a concept for new Food Retail chain that has a strong potential growth and expansion in SEA.
- Conducting marketing research and feasibility on the potential product
- Develop and implement strategy for the business development and marketing activities and improve the organization performance for a newly establish brand.
- Taking full responsibility for the overall operations for the business.
- Taking a leadership approach in managing profit and loss and day to day operations.
- Maintain adequate controls to achieve company's sales targets and cost control budget
- Leading an operation team to run the business in full spectrum including providing highest standard of food and services, hygiene and safety and upgrading customer services and quality standard
- Monitoring, motivating and coaching the team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure appropriate staffing and succession planning
- Working closely with marketing team for event planning and management as well as brand promotion and expansion.
- Bachelor degree in any field. Master or oversea graduated will be an advantage
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Quick Service Restaurant/Food Retail is required
- Experience in initiating new concept, conducting business development and creating a new brand is highly desirable
- Experience in covering SEA countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia will be a plus.
- Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
