DETAILS

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving new business growth through a growing Enterprise sales Team. 
  • Responsible for strategic leading Enterprise market segment in various industries including FSI, Telecom and Government sector
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales strategy for  Enterprise business unit
  • Responsible in executing strategies to grow revenues in Enterprise areas
  • Manage a sales team to ensure that the assigned sales target has been reached
  • Identifying the potential business opportunity to generate more revenue
  • Develop a great relationship with new customer and maintain a good relationship with existing customer at the C-Level.
  • Create an initiative solutions that benefits customer and in line with their needs.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories within the country; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Developing country strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets; Implements country sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets; Maximizing new business development opportunities
  • Manage multiple customer accounts and develop account penetration strategy to grow the accounts’ revenue and shares
  • Maintains Enterprise sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains Enterprise sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related filed, oversea educated is a plus
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise/Corporate sales
  • Experience from System Integrator/Consumer Electronics or Telecom industry is highly desirable
  • Substantial experience within Solution, Telco, Mobile, Consumer Electronic industry
  • Excellent track record in Sales
  • Strong Financial acumen
  • Confident and capable in dealing with C-level
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluent English
