Our client in an international company, leader in appliance business. They are currently looking for a Sales Director to head of the sales team, focusing on air conditioning product.



  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and projecting expected sales revenue
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Managing a dynamic sales team
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets; Maximizing new business development opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and develop strategies to assist them with their needs
  • Manage multiple customer accounts and develop account penetration strategy to grow the accounts’ revenue and shares
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Developing a good relationships with clients
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Work closely with delivery, marketing and sales support teams to optimize the revenue generation opportunity



  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related filed.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in selling the appliance products, preferably air conditioning with good connection with Distributor, Modern trade, Contractor or government entities.
  • Minimum of 5 years in management level
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent track record in Sales
  • Good knowledge in Air conditioning product
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English.
