Our client in an international company, leader in appliance business. They are currently looking for a Sales Director to head of the sales team, focusing on air conditioning product.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and projecting expected sales revenue
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Managing a dynamic sales team
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets; Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Understand client requirements and develop strategies to assist them with their needs
- Manage multiple customer accounts and develop account penetration strategy to grow the accounts’ revenue and shares
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Developing a good relationships with clients
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Work closely with delivery, marketing and sales support teams to optimize the revenue generation opportunity
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related filed.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in selling the appliance products, preferably air conditioning with good connection with Distributor, Modern trade, Contractor or government entities.
- Minimum of 5 years in management level
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent track record in Sales
- Good knowledge in Air conditioning product
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English.
