    Designing and developing internal training program that suit with the individual and organizational need and objectives. Communicate and advice mangers and stakeholder in the company in regards to the Learning and Development plan of the staff within their team Lead the Learning and Development project and ensure that the project is successfully execute and within the budget Identify potential metrics to measure and evaluate the value of learning and development process. Responsible for an overall company succession plan strategy Develop a competency program and implement the most suitable program for the organizationImplementing the leadership development program and strategy for a potential leader in the organization


    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR specially in Learning Development area with at least 3 years’ experience in management level
    • Experience from HR Consulting firm with some corporate experience from Banking/Retail/FMCG/Telecom is highly desirable
    • Proven track record in designing competency program
    • Good business understanding skills
    • Active, motivated, think out of the box
    • Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skills
    • Bachelor degree or Master in Human Resources or related filed, oversea educated is highly desirable
    Excellent communication skills in English
