The General Manager has overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a Recruitment Business. This role will be focused on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining sales targets, whilst growing and retaining existing clients through the delivering of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generates profitable new business within the local market in order to exceed set targets.
  • Manages the entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, negotiation to close.
  • Pro-actively self generates leads & effectively manages the pipeline generated through marketing.

Team Management

  • Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading and developing a Recruitment team.
  • Clear communication of team performance on a regular basis and setting individual targets and team objectives.

Operations/Financial Management

  • Accountability for company profitability and performance
  • Drives revenue for company by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue.

Client Retention/Client Relations

  • Retains and develops existing client relationships that result in new business leads and maximising client revenue potential.
  • Ensures the recruitment team is delivering exceptional customer service and client’s needs are handled effectively and efficiently.


  • Thai/Expat
  • Bachelor or Master from a reputable university, oversea educated is a plus Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Recruitment industry with at least 3 years’ experience in management level
  • Experience managing Sales team from Consulting or Service business also welcome.
  • Proven success in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Experience of self-generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance
  • Professional communication skills with experience of building business relationships.
  • Previous P&L responsibility desirable.
