  • Develop a good relationship with existing partner both in Modern Trade as well as Wholesales partner
  • Ensure that policy, sales revenue and customer service standard is in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct Marketing analysis and research and provide a recommendation and solutions to support the  decision making process in terms of investment
  • Responsible in sales operation and customer service management process for all partners
  • Implement a strategy, execution plan and efficiently communicate to partners
  • Regularly motivating and coaching the team
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of team member
  • Ensure that the company operation compliance is in place.



  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing, oversea educated is a plus
  • At least 10 years of experience in Channel Partner Management from Consumer Electronics or Telecom industry
  • Good connection with Modern Trade or Telecom Wholesales
  • Up to date trend of Smart phone/Mobile/Tablet/Computer product
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English
