Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and control team and client activities on the assigned accounts – modern trade / department store.
- Develop business relationship with buyer team of modern trade to ensure retail operation is well managed
- Negotiate annual contracts with modern trade channel to achieve profitable growth
- Conduct Key Account Plan and execution to deliver business performance against target
- To propose and share strategic planning in order for the Planner to prepare creative strategy.
- Co-operate both internal and external parties to complete services
- Develop new business growth opportunities with existing channels
- Lead, coach and motivate sale team
- Bachelor or higher degree is relate field
- Minimum 5 years experiences in sales, especially experience dealing with modern trade channel (Central/The mall/Tesco)
- Result oriented and high achiever
- Good problem solving and strong analytical skill
- Self-starter and good in motivate people
- Be able to perform well under pressure
- Good command in English
