DETAILS

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control team and client activities on the assigned accounts – modern trade / department store.
  • Develop business relationship with buyer team of modern trade to ensure retail operation is well managed
  • Negotiate annual contracts with modern trade channel to achieve profitable growth
  • Conduct Key Account Plan and execution to deliver business performance against target
  • To propose and share strategic planning in order for the Planner to prepare creative strategy.  
  • Co-operate both internal and external parties to complete services
  • Develop new business growth opportunities with existing channels
  • Lead, coach and motivate sale team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree is relate field
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in sales, especially experience dealing with modern trade channel (Central/The mall/Tesco)
  • Result oriented and high achiever
  • Good problem solving and strong analytical skill
  • Self-starter and good in motivate people
  • Be able to perform well under pressure
  • Good command in English
