SERVICE OPERATION MANAGER required for one of our clients who is a global leader elevator manufacturing
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement maintenance procedures.
Formulate and execute the annual maintenance plan.
Approve repair requests/ work.
Determine specifications of maintenance purchase orders, as well as stock of spare parts.
Organize the system to compile and update machinery and equipment
Maintain Registers, manuals, and maintenance history.
Requirements and Skills:
Thai national, aged 35-50 years
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related field
Minimum 7 yearsof work experience in engineering maintenance as well as utility services management
Strong organizational, technical, problem-solving, and team management skills
Good command of both spoken and written English
Having commercial, Sales and Marketing Experience is an advantage but not necessary
Having previous experience in elevator and escalator business will be an added advantage.
