- Report to and assist the Operation Director for overall operation and service standard and procedure
- Manage the service in conjunction with business and its partners to ensure satisfied support for customer business strategies.
- Effectively communicate with both internal units and external partners
- Manage partners’ requests and customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, social media and portal as well as to maintain good relationship with them on operation tasks
- Monitor payment transactions and manage to solve the issue with basic solutions
- Responsible for creating the operational guidebook to ensure work flow process for all payment channels, including other related documents for online business partners
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, MIS, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in service operations in payment service providers or payment department with solid understanding of the industry, experience with banking industry in online payment function also welcome.
- Strong skill in analyzing report, organizational skill and be able to multitask
- Good command of English both speaking, writing
- Computer literacy, especially Excel with ability to manage complex excel file
