Core Responsibilities

  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring departmental goals and KPIs
  • Managing sale procedure/instruction and problem solving
  • Manage inside sales and supporting departmental budgets
  • Responsible for Process Improvement
  • Support other departments as needed or workload permits
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information
  • Special projects as assigned



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in International Business or Business Administration
  • More than 5-10 years’ experience of Sale Support in Food industry and at least 5 years in Management level.
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft program (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook)
  • Experience in new software such as ERP/Movex is preferable.
  • Good team player interest
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
