Assistant Brand Manager, Reporting to Senior Brand Manager – Leading FMCG company,

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Brand Manager to participate in marketing strategy development and lead implementation for the company.

  • Lead the annual budget roll up, support key actions and execute as per annual budget plan.

  • Lead via consumer insights, calendar focus, development processes and mass communication creative excellence.

  • Lead and manage marketing projects from product and marketing plan development, implementation, tracking and corrective recommendation if needed.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related field.

  • 2-3 years experience in Marketing, both NPD and Brand Activations and experience with direct consumer contact or research process i.e. focus groups, quantitative studies preferred.

  • Strong skill in dealing with media and advertising agencies preferred.

  • Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution.

  • Good relationship building and teamwork.

  • Good planning and managing performance of self.

  • Initiative and flexible.

  • Work well under pressure.

  • Good command in both Thai and English.

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office specially word, excel and powerpoing
