Assistant Brand Manager, Reporting to Senior Brand Manager – Leading FMCG company,
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with Senior Brand Manager to participate in marketing strategy development and lead implementation for the company.
Lead the annual budget roll up, support key actions and execute as per annual budget plan.
Lead via consumer insights, calendar focus, development processes and mass communication creative excellence.
Lead and manage marketing projects from product and marketing plan development, implementation, tracking and corrective recommendation if needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related field.
2-3 years experience in Marketing, both NPD and Brand Activations and experience with direct consumer contact or research process i.e. focus groups, quantitative studies preferred.
Strong skill in dealing with media and advertising agencies preferred.
Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution.
Good relationship building and teamwork.
Good planning and managing performance of self.
Initiative and flexible.
Work well under pressure.
Good command in both Thai and English.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office specially word, excel and powerpoing
