HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER - HR BUSINESS PARTNER

DETAILS

Our client is a leading international Retails company, due to their expansion plan, they are currently searching for a talented Financial Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities : 

Manage and implement activities for assigned areas of responsibility and provide effective and timely advice and solutions to line managers on Human Resources issues

Recruitment and Selection

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
  • Liaise with managers on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Hiring Managers
  • Work with colleagues in the Human Resources Team to identify ways to improve the company’s ability to attract talent
  • Implement improvement projects to enable an ongoing supply of quality candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs
  • Ensure recruitment activities are carried out within budget
  • Participate in recruitment projects such as career talk, recruitment days etc which build the company’s image as an employer of choice

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Support HR Manager/Department in formulating and implementing C&B strategies, programs, policies and procedures
  • Assist in conducting survey and analyzing the results and trends so as to make proper recommendation to the management
  • Maintain and administer of HRIS with its database at good accuracy and integrity and contribute to HRIS enhancement
  • Maintain and administer various benefits schemes to ensure staff can enjoy the benefits offered by The Group and answer associated inquiries
  • Work closely with service providers/insurance companies/brokers in order to maintain proper implementation of benefits scheme, e.g. medical scheme, dental scheme, retirement scheme, etc
  • Provide information and advice to ensure practices are in compliance with company policies and local laws

Relationship Management

  • Provide advice to line managers on staffing issues, performance management, compensation and benefits issues
  • Promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication

Human Resources Operations

  • Assist and coordinate in the implementation of Human Resources programs and policies
  • Ensure all Human Resources actions such as promotion, salary adjustments, transfer, resignation & termination are executed in accordance with the company policies
  • Ensure all Human Resources activities comply with the legal and statutory requirements
  • Administer and input into HRIS and all other files / documents to ensure up-to-date personal records are maintained
  • Provide all HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way

Team Leadership

  • Demonstrate and reinforce the company’s Vision And Values at all times
  • To identify work issues and remove barriers enabling team member work efficiently and effectively
  • Encourage, coach and develop other team members to grow professionally
  • Identify and execute ways to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the company’s experience
  • Collaborate with other Divisions, particularly Sales & Operations (SNO) in staffing and reallocation of sales people

Other Duties

  • To undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the Human Resources Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field oversea graduated is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources from Multinational Company
  • Experience from Retails or FCMG industry is highly desirable
  • Experience as  HR Business Partner is a plus
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Good knowledge in Labor Law
  • Energetic, initiative, independent and result driven
  • Attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English
