SALES MANAGER - THAILAND (INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT)

DETAILS

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall sales operation to industrial channel in Thailand
  • Sitting with distributor partner team to help driving sales in Thailand region
  • Lead Thailand sales team to create business strategy and execution to exceed company’s target.
  • Develop new business opportunity and retain relationship with existing client
  • Supervise 4 – 5 sales staff in the team
  • Lead, coach and develop sales team to achieve exceed company Target
  • Support marketing team in creating promotion and join the road show / seminar/ exhibition
  • Prepare monthly report to the Regional Manager and GM


Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree is relate field
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in Sales field with minimum 3-5 years in management level
  • Experience in selling capital equipment or industrial machinery is prefer   
  • Understand multinational company culture and be able to create an appropriate working environment
  • Experience in direct sales (distributor) to industrial channel is high desirable.
  • Self-starter and good in motivate people
  • Strong strategic thinking and aggressive management style will be a plus
  • Good command of English
