Role and Responsibilities:

Manage overall HR Operation of 3 plants such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, employee relation, HR information system and other related HR tasks

  • Lead, drive and involve in a variety of HR projects and initiatives (eg. engagement surveys, compensation and benefits reviews, policy development, career management programs)
  • Responsible mainly in HR administrative tasks
  • Responsible for recruitment activities and employee orientation
  • Responsible for employee relation activities and manage employee welfare committee 
  • Supervise around 10 HR staffs


  • Bachelor or higher degree is relate field
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in HR field with minimum 3-5 years in management level
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is a must,
  • Experience in manage multi-plants, multinational company is high desirable
  • Experience in full aspects of HRM and HRD
  • Good problem solving skill and good human relations
  • Experienced with ISO standard
  • Self-starter and good in motivate people
  • Good command of English
