  • Responsible for the entire partners management department activities
  • Mainly focus on developing the partner base network, both Key Account and Long Tail, in all channels
  • To achieve the revenue target implementing strategic plans with partners and business development to the new channel
  • Understanding of e-business hosting and selling tool on-line including engagement of online advertisement or retail business to further development the potential revenue
  • Huge network of commerce/merchants is much appreciated
  • Manage and lead partners’ training education program and ensure production on line.
  • Able to consult, to lead, and to assist partners to achieve revenue target
  • Negotiate contract deals and structure deals with partners
  • Develop strategic marketing promotions and plans with partners
  • Set revenue target & KPI with partners & Partner Support and Management Team, able to produce strong pipeline to achieve sales goal
  • Plan and organize partner’s acquisition activities: seminar, events and roadshows.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment from superior.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Having 5-7 years’ experience with minimum 3 years of major focus on online business
  • Experience in acquiring and supporting partners & managing zone.
  • Experience as a merchandiser or buyer in retail business is a plus
  • Experienced in doing business development for the new market is much preferred.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and internet marketing
  • Creative thinking with good business acumen
  • Strong skill in analyzing report and market trend
  • Good command of English both speaking, writing
  • Computer literacy, especially Excel with ability to manage complex excel file
