DETAILS

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Executive Director of Operations
  • Responsible for the operation of the company’s business in Thailand with a focus on account development, quality assurance and the development of strong management capability
  • Responsible for people development, identify and implement the key success strategies
  • Ensure the company’s operational standards are implemented and maintained in all sites.
  • Ensure that all requirements and obligations regarding food safety policy, HHACCP and hygiene standards are strictly implemented. Ensure the zero proven food contamination and mal-conditions
  • Manage the development and of menus, which are fully compliant with the client’s dietary and nutritional requirements and follow menu planning principles.
  • Control promotional offers to align with company’s policy
  • Endure the delivery of high quality services of which guarantee the friendly work environment.
  • Develop sales program which enhance target relevant to the segment
  • Ensure good and long term relationship with clients to get 100% retention.
  • Develop and implement client & customer centered offers through the promotion and systematic approach to innovation

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum of 4 years management experience in an operational role, preferably in service/hotel industry
  • Experience from Food or catering business is a plus
  • Possess strong leadership skill and maturity
  • Ability to manage and implement change internally and externally.
  • Capable of maintaining great relationship with partners
  • Having experience in managing multi-sites or locations will be an advantage.
  • Possess communications skill, marketing and public relations skills, as well as analytical, conceptual and decision making skills
