DETAILS

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Regional Sales Director
  • Ownership of all Thailand business, strategy, team leadership and revenues
  • Exceed revenue and new client targets and set individual sales targets and ensure sales staffs exceed it.
  • Identify and develop a good relationship with potential customers or dealers
  • Supporting dealer in promoting the company product such as organizing seminars, attend exhibition, prepare advertising material and conduct the road shows
  • Develop and coach team members to improve skills – hire replacement staff if required
  • Support the development of new products, prices and initiatives working with the marketing and product development teams
  • Prepare a report and present to the Regional sales director
  • Conduct market research and do the competitor analysis as well as provide a recommendation to the head quarter

To be qualified

  • Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience in HVAC business, experience from a well-known air conditioning company will definitely be an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good technical knowledge of air-conditioning system
  • Entrepreneurial individual who leads from the front and is willing to get their hands dirty
  • Performance/numbers focused (revenue and KPI’s) – a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering or related filed, oversea educated is a plus
  • Fluent English
