DETAILS

Reporting directly Head quarter CEO, the Deputy CEO will be leading the development  and execution of the Company’s long term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value as well as responsible for day to day

Management activities.

 

Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Creating annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval
  • Collaborates with the CEO and the board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision
  • Involving in Developing and monitoring strategies to ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization

Management

  • Working closely with CEO to promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity
  • Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Creates and maintains procedures for implementing plans approved by the board of directors
  • Evaluates the organization’s and the staff’s performance on a regular basis

Financial management

  • Oversees staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans and submits budgets for board approval
  • Prudently manages the organization's resources within budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
  • Provides prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the board appropriately informed of the organization’s financial position


Requirements 

  • Bachelor or Master degree holder in Business Administration or related filed from a reputable university,  oversea graduated is a plus
  • At least 15 years of experience in Alternative/Renewable Energy with minimum of 8 years’ experience in management level
  • Proven track record in managing overall organization
  • Experience in change management
  • Great leadership skills
  • Articulate, independent with a great vision
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in MANDARIN
