DETAILS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales team in growing overall Company’s Sales Revenue
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, visiting operational environments, conducting surveys and analyzing information
  • Manage Customer Service team to achieve Company’s objective and client’s satisfaction
  • Manage inventory control  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 5 years experiences in customer service, client service or after sales service
  • Experience in selling electronics components product is preferable
  • Strong in team management and sales target management
  • Good analytical skill and leadership skill
  • Good communication in English both writing and speaking
