- Responsible for Sales Division -Traditional
- Prepare Sales budgets, Sales
Target and Company Sales Direction.
- Formulate new Go-To-Market
Strategy and channel plan for Traditional Trade
- Review of Sales team performance,
account management and overall performance.
- Provide Sales team with feedback
to improve results.
- Maintain contact with Traditional
Trade key customer to achieve the objective of the company.
- Bachelor or Master in Business
Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in Sales
through Traditional Trade channel from FMCG or home related products is
- At least 5 years’ experience in managerial
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
