  • Monitoring and developing solutions to improve company’s identity and image.
  • Monitoring and supporting the team to deliver high-level and efficient concepts. 
  • Coordinating with internal departments and also clients to ensure a well understanding of clients’ requirements.
  • Improving visual designs and other tasks as assigned.
  • Monitoring and supporting creative ideas for kick-offs project.
  • Improving and executing creative solutions in accordance to clients’ requirements
  • Leading various projects and concepts by supporting and supervising creative team to deliver a completion as clients assigned.
  • Establishing and bettering creative programs in accordance with client’s business objectives.
  • Encouraging,  monitoring and generating various concepts projects
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as accounting, strategy, and copywriters to execute an effective concepts and present to management


  • Bachelor or Master in Marketing/Advertising or related field, oversea educated is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years Creative experiences from international advertising agency
  • Strong knowledge in overall creative operation and brand development for advertisement agency.
  • A well understanding of 360 communications such as ATL, BTL, retail and digital.
  • Creative thinking with big ideas but keen on small details as well.
  • Capable of leading and supervising creative team of creative.
  • Knowledge of current digital trend would be highly preferred.
  • Fluent English
