Role and Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the teams and employees
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
  • Adherence to legal regulations and company’s policies and thorough follow through to ensure that company assets are safeguarded at all times
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Coordinate with Regional office and Head Quarter


  • Bachelor or higher degree is relate field
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in HR field with minimum 2 years in management level
  • English is a must
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, fashion or beauty industry is preferable
  • Experience in multinational company is high desirable
  • Result oriented and high achiever
  • Good problem solving skill and good human relations
  • Self-starter and good in motivate people
  • Be able to perform well under pressure
