in employees and managers training on conflict resolution and other related

and provide solutions concerned with labor issue.
with both internal and external parties to create resolutions strategies and
dealing with employee complaints.
and ensuring that the Company policies

measurement for ER to execute efficient business outcomes.
or Master HR, Law or related field , oversea educated is a plus
5-7 years in a employees relations role, experience from manufacturing company
is highly desirable
understanding in Thai Labor laws and regulations
communication and interpersonal skills
in Thai and English
