Our client company is a well-known international electronic manufacturing company. Now they are hiring a potential Employee Relation Manager to join their team.


  • Monitoring all communications system between company and employee and supervising the team to achieve goal and target. 
  • Create and develop discipline framework together with company policy and regulations.
  • Provide solutions and advise to manager and supervisor on disciplinary issues, misconduct actions or any violations
  • Review terminations and disciplinary decisions with fairness and justice.
  • Analyze corporate employee policies,
  • Update policy and practice changes up to trends benchmarking.
  • Experienced in employees and managers training on conflict resolution and other related topics.
  • Investigate and advise problem solution for employee and staffs.
  • Analyze and provide solutions concerned with labor issue.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to create resolutions strategies and dealing with employee complaints. 
  • Monitoring  and ensuring that the Company policies are comply with labor law
  • Create measurement for ER to execute efficient business outcomes.



  • Bachelor or Master HR, Law or related field , oversea educated is a plus
  • Minimum 5-7 years in a employees relations role, experience from manufacturing company is highly desirable
  • Well understanding in Thai Labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English
