Our client company is a well-known international electronic manufacturing company. Now they are hiring a potential Employee Relation Manager to join their team.


?         Monitoring all communications system between company and employee and supervising the team to achieve goal and target. 

?         Create and develop discipline framework together with company policy and regulations.

?         Provide solutions and advise to manager and supervisor on disciplinary issues, misconduct actions or any violations

?         Review terminations and disciplinary decisions with fairness and justice.

?         Analyze corporate employee policies,

?         Update policy and practice changes up to trends benchmarking.

?         Experienced in employees and managers training on conflict resolution and other related topics.

?         Investigate and advise problem solution for employee and staffs.

?         Analyze and provide solutions concerned with labor issue.

?         Liaise with both internal and external parties to create resolutions strategies and dealing with employee complaints. 

?         Monitoring  and ensuring that the Company policies are comply with labor law

?         Create measurement for ER to execute efficient business outcomes.



?         Bachelor or Master HR, Law or related field , oversea educated is a plus

?         Minimum 5-7 years in a employees relations role, experience from manufacturing company is highly desirable

?         Well understanding in Thai Labor laws and regulations

?         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

?         Fluent in Thai and English
