Role and Responsibilities :

You will take full responsibility for the overall HR functions for Thailand business. You will take a leadership approach in managing the day to day HR Operations including Recruitment, Compensation and benefit, employee relations, training and development and handling Labor Union to enhance a better relationship. In addition, you also have to suggest and implement HR Strategy to improve the overall organization performance.  This role is pivotal to the successful operation of the company and is integral to executing the group’s strategy and tactics. Your responsibilities will also include streamlining HR processes and employment policies, ensuring ER risk is managed.

To qualify, individuals must posses:

  • Male or Female, Age over 45
  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience as HR Generalist from Manufacturing environment, multinational company will definitely be an advantage
  • Hands on with solid background in Employee Relations and experience in dealing with LABOUR UNION is a MUST
  • Extensive knowledge in Labour Laws
  • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will definitely be an advantage
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Great working attitude and enthusiasm 
  • Strong communication skills in English
