Job Description

  • Responsible for the management and development of the human resources function
  • Work closely with the board and senior management to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR services to a rapidly growing workforce.
  • Act as a primary HR interface and strategic business partner for senior principal and ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and needs
  • Responsible for driving the short-term and long-term people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and the process of change and transformation in alignment with the Group’s business development.
  • Build for a professional and high performance HR Team.
  • Plan, develop, execute and lead the HR function to attract, retain, develop and motivate employees in a cost effective manner.
  • Ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with the statutory requirements while limiting liabilities and promoting a safe, fair, positive and engaging work environment.
  • Implement effective and sustainable HR programs such as manpower planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, compensation strategy, succession planning to foster and accelerate a performance driven culture.
  • Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
  • Design and execute employee relations programs to develop a supportive and caring working environment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, files and human resource information systems.

  • ment reward policies and structures which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high quality employees.


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources from a reputable university, oversea educated will definitely be an advantage
  • Minimum of  5 years’ working experience in HR function with at least 2 years in management level
  • Experience from Retail/FMCG or Banking industry is highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of all employment laws
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, personable, flexible with great interpersonal skills
  • Communications skills in English
