Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability
  • Develop Integrated Marketing Planning and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budge contribute to the development of category strategies
  • Contributing to company by delivering a product development programme to generate consistent sales and profit growth
  • Develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans.
  • Develop a good relationship with supplier and agency
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth and develop these insights into achievable plans
  • Develop and involve in new product and package launch process as well as promotion plan 


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related filed
  • At least 5 years experienced in Business analysis or Category management
  • Experience in Stationary or Writing product will definitely be an advantage
  • Experience with new products, conceptual and creative developmental processes; program execution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai (Bahasa or Chinese will be a plus)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • MUST Understand the Malaysian market well, previous experience in working in Malaysia is highly desirable
