DETAILS

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Commercial Director
  • Responsible for Sales Division -Traditional Trade.
  • Prepare Sales budgets, Sales Target and Company Sales Direction.
  • Formulate new Go-To-Market Strategy and channel plan for Traditional Trade
  • Review of Sales team performance, account management and overall performance.
  • Provide Sales team with feedback to improve results.
  • Maintain contact with Traditional Trade key customer to achieve the objective of the company.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in Sales through Traditional Trade channel from FMCG or home related products is highly desirable
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managerial level
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
