DETAILS

Our client is a Global logistics company which has a long history of being a reputable for their services and they are now seeking for a Learning and Development Manager taking care of selling logistic service to join their thriving business.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and design learning and development curriculum and able to track pre and post learner’s performance
  • Provide support to help employees to achieve their learning & development objectives include providing training-related information & reports, giving advice, coordination with involved parties etc.
  • Enhance knowledge sharing culture among employees also build up adult learning in working atmosphere especially between mentor & mentee
  • Design the competency assessment  and create follow up or tracking process which can be ensured that all necessary knowledge and skill are full filled to employee to work effectively and efficiency
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of training & development activities, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
  • Oversee development of training programs, new project implementation, training institute contracts, and Corporate Training Roadmap and budgets
  • Identify and assess training needs of the types of training needed, determine the best means of delivering training, and create the contents
  • Set up leadership or executive/management development programs for employees who aspire to move up in the organization. These programs are designed to develop or “groom” leaders to replace those leaving the organization and as part of a corporate succession plan
  • Knowing about Competency Model, Competency Assessment and various assessment tools will be advantageous 

Qualifications : 

  • Thai Nationality , Age 30-40 years old
  • At least Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development
  • At least 5-7 years experienced in HRD, Organization Development, Employee relations and Internal Communication and familiar with multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient knowledge and skill of human resource development, particularly in competency and people development
  • Be a good team player
  • Good at planning and can perform multiple activities successfully
  • Creative and flexible enough to change
  • Excellent Presentation and Communications Skills both Thai & English
  • Good interpersonal skill and serviced minded
