Sales Manager – Modern Trade

Role and Responsibilities

 

?         Reporting to Commercial Director
?         Develop a good relationship with Modern Trade such as Home Pro, Home Mart, Homework, Boonthavorn etc.
?         Develop sales strategy and execute to achieve target contribution margin
?         Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities
?         Responsible for sales forecast accuracy
?         Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager on demand and/or sales planning matters
?         Develop and retain target customers
?         Handling customer complaints
?         Develop, maintain and upgrade capability of sales team


Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in approaching and dealing with Modern Trade
  • Good connection with Modern Trade
  • Experience in dealing with a big volume of 100 million baht and above
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently, strong thinking & execution follow-through, with good negotiation skill.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

 

Sales Manager – Traditional Trade

Role and Responsibilities

 

?         Reporting to Commercial Director
?         Responsible for Sales Division -Traditional Trade.
?         Prepare Sales budgets, Sales Target and Company Sales Direction.
?         Formulate new Go-To-Market Strategy and channel plan for Traditional Trade
?         Review of Sales team performance, account management and overall performance.
?         Provide Sales team with feedback to improve results.
?         Maintain contact with key customers, TT to achieve the objective of the company.

 

Qualification

 

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Sales through Traditional Trade channel for a home related products.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managerial level
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
