Role and Responsibilities :

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager. The Head of Commercial will be responsible all sales, marketing and Customer Service activities as well as responsible in defining the sales plan and commercial strategy.
  • Develop a short terms and long term strategy for the business along with the action plan. 
  • Take a complete responsibilities in managing Sales and Customer Services department
  • Introduce new marketing solutions, ideas and value-adds across the territory
  • Achieve maximum levels of productivity 
  • Analyze the market trends and customers’ needs and provide a solutions to create competitive advantage
  • Involve in setting pricing process and closely monitor pricing and profitability 
  • Develop a strong relationship with clients, supplier and strategic partners

To qualify, individuals must possess;

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years business experience in Sales and Marketing, experience in labeling or decorative solutions in highly desirable
  • Strong experience in strategic Sales leadership needed, international exposure will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong experience negotiating large/major contracts.
  • Advanced business and financial acumen needed.
  • Experience in planning, forecasting and researching new opportunities and implementing successful account penetration.
  • Excellent command in English.
