Role and Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Manufacturing Head, you will take full responsibility for the overall HR functions for Thailand business. You will take a leadership approach in managing the day to day HR Operations including Recruitment, Compensation and benefit, employee relations, training and development and handling Labor Union. In addition, you also have to suggest and implement HR Strategy to improve the overall organization performance.  This role is pivotal to the successful operation of the company and is integral to executing the group’s strategy and tactics.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Male, Age between 40 - 45
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as HR Generalist from Manufacturing environment, multinational company will definitely be an advantage
  • Solid background in Employee Relations and experience in dealing with Labor Union is a MUST
  • Familiar with Multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will definitely be an advantage
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Great working attitude and enthusiasm 
  • Willing to work in Saraburi (Monday – Saturday )
  • Strong communication skills in English
